Manx born West End star Samantha Barks will be embarking on her first solo tour this June following the release of her debut solo album.
West End star Samantha Barks, who most will remember for reaching the final of the BBC1 show I'd Do Anything and for her role as Éponine in the 2012 adaptation of Les Miserables, will embark on her first ever solo tour following the release of her debut solo album this Spring. The Laxey born singer and actress will perform 10 shows throughout her tour with the first performance being held at the Theatre Royal in Norwich, the other nine venues have yet to be announced.
In 2007 Sam was a recipient of Arts Council support when she was awarded funding to aid her with her studies at Arts Educational Schools, London.
