The Isle of Man Arts Council recognises that we are all facing unprecedented challenges as we respond to the threat of Covid-19, and we also understand that for our artists and creatives, there are many unknown and future difficulties to be dealt with.
We wish to reassure all our current funding recipients and those who are considering applying to us that it is business as usual, and we invite you to remain in contact with us as the situation evolves so we can continue to support you and work with you as projects and events are re-planned and rescheduled.
We will also be looking at ways to make sure we are supplying our creative community and beyond with vital connections to the arts and culture through adapted channels.
We are aware that ‘The Arts’ in their wide variety of forms, make an immense contribution to our Island’s quality of life, of which we are justly very proud. We are hoping, in spite of these very difficult times, and with your help, to identify ways in which we can work together to help our community continue to engage in their enjoyment and experience of our creative culture.
