Valerie Nelson

I am Manx born and play Bass guitar in local bands. I have toured UK and played at festivals locally and in uk and Canary Isles and Norway with arts council funding. We currently have 7 albums out and I also run local record label Geode Music. I have 10 artists I promote on the label and am mentoring young songwriters and help with copyrights management promotion etc. I like to write and have never published anything to date but it is a dream of mine to add this to my arts history. I run Manx Knits, a hand knitting company making designer knits and bespoke items. I designed a Loughton. Sheep made in Loughton wool which sold very well at Cregneish the museums and online.
